How will I know when my order is out for delivery?
Wholesalepos will send you an email when your order has been dispatched or contact you to let you know it is ready for collection. If your order is trackable the email will contain a waybill/consignment number.
I need my order urgently; can I get faster shipping?
We offer express shipping which aims to deliver orders within 1-3 working days. Orders are delivered by a nationwide carrier company and may require a signature upon delivery.
Can I collect my order from WholesalePOS?
You can. At the checkout process there is a delivery option labelled "Collection/pickup from warehouse" please select this option. When your order is complete & ready for collection you will receive an email or phone call to notify you.
