Do you Ship Internationally?

How do I track my order ?

We use two delivery methods, Royal Mail and DHL. You will be notified when your order is dispatched which carrier your item/s have been dispatched with. Your email, if DHL, will contain your tracking email. You can also see the status of your order at the track my order page.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

Due to the fast-moving world that we live in today should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately by telephone then follow this up with a confirmation email. Should this not be quick enough and your order has already been dispatched then a return of goods for refund is fine please contact us for a ‘goods return reference’ number which should be clearly marked on the package, the goods must be received by us in the condition that they were sent out in so they can be restocked and sold again. In the instance where the customer has requested that a standard item is cut into a bespoke size then this item cannot be cancelled if already processed or returned for a refund either.

How long will it take to get my package ?

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
